If you did not save the backup key or QR code, please contact our Customer Support to request GA unbinding. You will need to submit identity verification materials as follows.

Required Materials:

Please provide one photo that clearly shows both of the following items held together:

  1. Your ID card  (held in your hand).

  2. A white sheet of paper — with the following handwritten information:

    • Your UID (User ID number)

    • "LBank + current date and time + reset Google"

⚠️ Make sure the ID card and handwritten note are clearly visible and included in the same photo.

After Submission:

Once we receive your materials, our support team will review and process your unbinding request within one business day.

Please be patient during the verification process.

Important Security Notice:

As a security precaution, your withdrawal function will be temporarily disabled for 24 hours after Google Authenticator is unbound.
