1. Click “Download LBank” and follow the instructions to download and install.

2. If you encounter any issues during the installation process, please Contact online customer support.

If you cannot find LBank in the App Store, please create a new Apple ID by following the steps below and try again.
Step 1: Register a New Apple ID
Open your browser and visit the Apple Account management page. At the bottom of the page, set the country/region to a region supported by LBank.
Click “Create Your Apple Account” → “Create a New Apple Account”
For detailed steps, please refer to 「How to register?」 and follow 「LBank User Agreement」 to avoid selecting unsupported regions.
Step 2: Sign in to the App Store and download the LBank App.
1. Open the App Store → sign in with the newly registered Apple ID.
2. After successful sign-in → 1 search for “LBank” → 2 tap “Get”.
3. After tapping “Get” and completing the download and installation, sign in to LBank to proceed.
