Buying Process

Log In & Access One-Click Buy

  1. Log in to LBank App；

  2. Navigate to「Buy Crypto > One-Click Buy」.

Set Purchase Details

  1. Select the transaction direction:「One-Click Buy > Buy」.

  2. Choose the fiat currency to pay (e.g., USD, EUR) and the cryptocurrency to receive (e.g., USDT, BTC, ETH).

  3. Enter the fiat amount to pay; the system will calculate the estimated cryptocurrency amount and recommend the best offer from a trading service provider.

Select Payment Method

  1. Choose a payment method from recommended options or add/manage other options (e.g., P2P or Third-party channels). 

  2. Confirm the estimated amount and click Buy to complete the purchase.

Complete Identity Verification & Submit Purchase

  1. Verify transaction details, including amount payable, trading pair, payment method, unit price, fees, and expected amount.

  2. Enter the CVV/CVC code for the payment card as prompted and click Confirm to finalize the transaction.

  3. Identity Verification (KYC): 

    • If not yet completed, the system will prompt you to verify your identity for fund security. Refer to「How to Complete KYC Verification (App)」. 

    • Users with completed KYC can proceed directly.

Sell Process

Set Sell Details

  1. Select the transaction direction: 「One-Click Buy > Sell」.

  2. Choose the fiat currency to receive (e.g., USD, EUR) and the cryptocurrency to sell (e.g., USDT, BTC, ETH).

  3. Enter the cryptocurrency amount to sell; the system will calculate the estimated fiat amount and recommend the best offer from a trading service provider.

  4. Confirm transaction details and click Sell to complete.

Select Payment Method

  1. Adjust the cryptocurrency and fiat currency types, then select a payment method from the recommended option or explore additional options under「More >」.

  2. Enter the receiving account details as prompted and tap「Sell」.
