  2. Choose your document type from the available options.

  3. Once you've made your selections, tap [Next] to continue.

  1. Confirm that your country/region and document type are selected correctly, then tap [Continue].

  1. Position your document within the camera frame, making sure all important information is visible. Tap the capture icon to take the photo.

  2. Wait for the system to upload the capture.

  3. Tap [Document is readable] to allow the system to verify the result. If the document is not readable, you'll be returned to the submit page. Alternatively, tap [Retake Photo] if you notice any issues with the capture's clarity.

  1. After submitting your document, proceed with face recognition as prompted.

  2. Follow the on-screen tips; once face recognition is complete, you will see the document submission status.You will be notified if KYC is successfully passed.

  1. If KYC verification passes, the orange label [Identity Not Verified] will be upgraded to [Verified] in green. 




In case of translation discrepancies, the English version prevails.
