LBank Referral Program FAQ

What is the LBank Referral Program?

After successfully inviting new users to register with LBank, the inviter can earn a commission from the trading fees paid by new users on the spot market. 

Referral Code Usage Rules

1. The referral code must be entered during the initial registration of an LBank account.
2. If a new user forgets to enter or enters the wrong referral code, the inviter will not receive the commission for that user.
3. The referral code cannot be added or modified after registration.

Why Haven’t I Received the Referral Commission Yet?

1. Commissions are issued only after the referred user completes a trade.
2. If the referred user has not traded, the inviter will not receive a commission.
3. Commission payout occurs on T+1 day, so please be patient.

How to View Commission Records and Manage?

Web

1. 👉Go to https://www.lbank.com/
2. Login, and tap [Profile] - [Referral].

3. Copy the [Referral Code] or [Referral Link], tap [Invite friends] for shareable posters.
4. Interested in the Affiliate Program? Tap to learn more or visit 👉https://www.lbank.com/affiliate-program
5. Check your Commission details in [Invite Dashboard] and scroll down for [Commission History], [Referral History], [My Invitation], and [Rule Explanation].

6. Go to [My invitation], tap [+ Add Referral Code] to create one for different uses.

7. Set [Referral Rate], leave [Note] as remarks and tap [Confirm].

8. Once an invitation is created, tap [...] to [Generate a poster] or [Set As Default].
9. Editable anytime if needed.

1. Login your LBank App and tap [Profile].
2. Tap [Invite Now] banner to visit the referral page.
3. You may copy the [Referral Code] or [Referral Link] , tap [Invite friends] to get shareable posters.
4. You may check details of Commission from [Data Overview].

5. Tap [Join Now] to learn more about the LBank Affiliate Program.
6. Tap [+ Add] to create one for different uses.
7. Set [Referral Rate], leave [Note] as remarks and tap [Confirm].

8. Tap [Share] to get shareable contents.
9. Or choose a specific invite code to  [Set As Default].

Note

1.Commissions are credited to the inviter’s account on T+1 day (the next day).
2.5 referral codes per account.
3.Registered affiliate accounts have the right to extend limits.
4.In case of translation discrepancies, the English version prevails.
