Note that, for security reasons, your account’s withdrawal function will be temporarily suspended for 24 hours after a password reset.

How-to Steps

If Not Logged In

App

  1. Open the LBank App and tap「Login/Register」.

  2. Enter your registered email address and tap「Forgot Password?」;

  3. Choose to reset your password via「Email」or「Phone」,and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

  4. Once completed, log in to your account with the new password.

Web

  1. Visit LBank Official Website, tap「Log in」;

  1. Enter the email used for registration, click「Confirm」to wait for system verification; once verified, click「Forgot Password?」to proceed to the next step.

  1. Follow the prompts to complete the password reset operation, then click「Confirm」to finish verification; once the reset is complete, use the new password to log in again.

 

If Already Logged In

  1. Tap the profile icon on the homepage to access the「Personal Center」.

  2. Navigate to「Security Center > Login Password (Reset >)」and follow the prompts to complete the process.

  3. After resetting, log in again using the new password.
