  1. Go to LBank Website 👉 https://www.lbank.com/
  2. Locate the wallet icon in the menu at the top right and tap [Deposit].

  1. Follow these tips to choose the right type of cryptocurrency and network.
  2. Copy the deposit address and go to your external wallet page to proceed with the deposit.
  3. Alternatively, for step 2, you can scan the QR code using your wallet app.
  4. Copy the Deposit Address to the external wallet or exchange, then initiate the withdrawal.

  1. After completing the withdrawal, please check the wallet balance of your LBank account.

  1. Tap [Assets] from the bottom menu in LBank App
  2. Tap [Deposit], search or pick crypto from Suggested Menu.

  1. Once the bottom menu is  popped-up, tap [On-chain] - [Network], copy and paste the Deposit Address to the external wallet or exchange, then initiate the withdrawal.
  2. Or use your wallet app to scan the QR code for further operations.

Note:

  • Ensure the selected cryptocurrency and network on both LBank and your withdrawal platform are the same to guarantee a successful deposit. Mismatches will result in the loss of your assets.
  • The minimum amount, required confirmation numbers, and contract address can be found on the Deposit page.
  • Deposits below the minimum amount will not be credited to your account.
  • For some cryptocurrencies, such as XRP, a tag or memo is required. This is typically a string of numbers. You must enter both the deposit address and the tag/memo when depositing; otherwise, you'll lose your assets.
