1. Access the P2P Trading

1.1 Login to LBank App,tap [Buy Crypto], read the tip before next steps.

1.2 Select [P2P Trading] - [Buy],  browse sellers' information.

1.3 Set your target [Trading Pair] (USDT or USDC),[Amount], [Payment Method] and [Fiat].

1.4 After setting up, select a seller and tap the green [Buy].

 

2. Enter and Confirm Order Details

2.1 Enter [I want to buy] to auto-calculate [I will receive]

2.2 Tap to select [Payment Method].

2.3 Then confirm before tapping [Buy USDT].

2.4 Tap [Initiate trade] once all information is confirmed.

2.5 Read [Tips] carefully before tapping [Confirm].

3. Transfer to Seller

3.1 After ordering, tap [I have paid] to continue or [Cancel the order] if you change your mind.

3.2 Tap [Chat] in the Order Page to proceed with your payment.

 

4. Confirm Payment

4.1 Initial conversation with the seller for order confirmation in chat. 

4.2 Please be patient and wait for seller's confirmation.

 

⚠️ Important Note: 

Transfer payment directly to the seller via bank transfer or a third-party payment platform using the seller’s provided payment details.

  • Do not click [Cancel the order] unless you have received a refund from the seller in your payment account.

  • Do not click [Confirm] unless you have paid the seller.

5. View Assets

  • Cryptocurrency Received

Once the seller confirms your payment, the cryptocurrency will be released to you. Back to homepage and choose [Assets] to check your assets.

  • Cryptocurrency Not Received

If the cryptocurrency isn’t received after tapping [Confirm], tap [Appeal] to contact Customer Support.

  • You can have up to two active orders at once. Please complete your current orders before placing new ones.
