2. Earning rate mechanism: The platform adjusts rates according to lock-up duration and market conditions. Earnings are calculated based on product rules and distributed on the settlement date.

3. Promotional rewards: Some products may include LBank’s promotional or marketing incentives to enhance total earnings.  

Why Haven’t I Received My Earnings?

If earnings have not yet arrived, possible reasons include:

1. The product is still within the lock-up (staking) period.

2. The settlement date has not yet arrived — earnings will be distributed after settlement.

3. Earnings are not distributed daily. Please refer to the product page for specific interest calculation rules.

Redemption Rules

Locked products must be held until the end of the lock-up period. Once the settlement date arrives, both the principal and earnings will be automatically returned to the user’s account. Generally, early redemption is not supported. For products that allow early redemption, doing so may affect the final earnings.

1. Browse or search the target project, tap「Join Now」;View its「Project Details」includes「APY(Simple interest)」,「Lock Period」and「Minimum Purchase Amount」.

2. Once you’ve confirmed the information, tap「Join Now」to begin accumulating fixed-term earnings.

3. Deposit/Transfer: If balance is low, the system prompts “Insufficient Balance”.Click「+」to deposit cryptocurrency or transfer from other accounts.

• With crypto assets: Choose「LBank Crypto Deposit Guide」or「Internal Transfer」;

• Without crypto: Choose「LBank One-Click Buy(App)」or「LBank P2P(App)」.

Continue to Join / View Locked Records 

1. Add More Staking: If you expect higher returns from a project, you can select an existing staking project and choose「Continue」.

2. View Records: You can view a summary of your earnings on the main dashboard,  including「Cumulative Earnings」,「Spot Earnings Accumulated Earnings」, and「Fixed-term Accumulated Earnings」.
