INTCon is a tokenized real-world asset (RWA) created by Ondo Finance that offers "total-return exposure" to Intel (INTC) stock. By holding the token, investors receive the economic benefits of the stock, including price appreciation and dividends, directly on the blockchain. It is important to note that INTCon is a tokenized security tracking the stock's performance; it does not grant direct voting rights in Intel Corp or traditional brokerage ownership.

INTCon utilizes a Total Return model for dividends. Instead of distributing cash to a brokerage account, dividends are automatically reinvested into the underlying asset, net of any applicable withholding taxes.
