Elixir is a modular decentralized network built to provide a liquidity layer for orderbook-based exchanges in the decentralized finance ecosystem. The network is built to be cross-chain and composable, meaning it can integrate with various decentralized exchanges across different blockchain protocols to bootstrap their liquidity pools. The network incorporates features like an Over Collateralization Fund to stabilize the ecosystem and ensure the resilience of its synthetic assets. By providing a programmable environment for liquidity, Elixir helps exchanges maintain deep and efficient order books, making them more competitive with centralized counterparts.
