Following a year-long legal process in the Singapore High Court, a "Scheme of Arrangement" was sanctioned in October 2025. Withdrawals and trading activities were scheduled to recommence in a phased manner starting in late October 2025. This gradual approach aims to ensure a stable and secure re-establishment of services for affected users.

Under the approved recovery plan, users are anticipated to recuperate approximately 75–85% of their portfolio value as it stood before the security incident. The remaining balance will be converted into "Recovery Tokens," which represent a claim on the platform's future earnings and any assets that are successfully recovered.

Recovery Tokens (RTs) are a new digital asset introduced by the platform to account for the gap between the stolen funds and the assets available for distribution. They function as a legal claim on a portion of the platform's future profits, specifically 20–30% of its revenue, and any further assets retrieved from the security incident. The platform intends to list RTs on a secondary market by early 2026, allowing users to potentially liquidate their claims. The recovery period associated with these tokens is projected to extend until 2028.

The WRX token serves several key utility functions within the platform. Primarily, it offers significant trading fee discounts, which can be up to 50% following a halving schedule, making transactions more cost-effective for users. Additionally, WRX is utilized for paying platform listing fees for new projects and grants holders the ability to participate in voting on which projects get listed, giving them a voice in the platform's development and offerings.

The topic of the quarterly token burn for WRX has become contentious within the community. While the platform maintains that the entity controlling the token's smart contract is responsible for conducting the burns, no official burns have been carried out since January 2022. This lack of recent burning activity has led to user frustration due to the absence of the anticipated deflationary pressure on the token's supply, impacting community sentiment.

The ownership situation of the platform is complex. While a previously associated global entity announced an acquisition in 2019, they later clarified in 2022 that the deal was never finalized. This global entity provides wallet services, but the legal entities behind the platform are Zanmai Labs in India and Zettai Pte Ltd in Singapore. The previously associated global entity also controls the WRX token's supply and associated wallets, a situation that has contributed to uncertainty regarding the token's development and burn schedule due to this ongoing dispute.
