PulsePot functions as a peer-to-peer gaming platform within the Web3 ecosystem. It does not act as an adversary to its players. Instead, it offers a transparent and decentralized environment where users can engage in games of chance. Its design leverages the PulseChain network to ensure operational integrity and user interaction without central authority, focusing on providing a pure infrastructure for gaming.

PLSP serves as PulsePot's native governance token. Its core purpose is to facilitate the decentralized governance of the protocol, allowing holders to participate in decision-making processes. Beyond governance, the token is integral to the platform's economic model, playing a key role in revenue distribution, fee reduction mechanisms, and promoting a deflationary supply through a strategic buy and burn feature.

The total supply of PLSP tokens is strictly capped at 1,000,000. The distribution was allocated as follows: 80% was distributed to early sacrificers who supported the project, 10% was reserved for a specific participation phase, and the remaining 10% was designated for a team wallet. Furthermore, the token supply is designed to be deflationary, incorporating a mechanism that actively buys and burns PLSP tokens from the market, reducing the overall circulating supply over time.

PulsePot generates revenue by applying fees, ranging from 1.5% to 3%, on game winnings. These collected fees are strategically utilized to benefit PLSP holders and maintain token value. A portion is dedicated to market buying and burning PLSP tokens, which creates deflationary pressure. Additionally, a share of these profits is paid out directly to PLSP holders, and another portion funds monthly lotteries exclusively for those holding PLSP. This multi-faceted approach aims to reward participation and reduce token supply.

Holding PLSP tokens provides several distinct advantages. Stakers can reduce the fees applied to their game winnings, with significant reductions leading to zero fees for those holding a sufficient amount (e.g., 100 PLSP tokens for a 100% fee reduction). Additionally, holders are entitled to a share of the casino's profits, redistributed directly to them. PLSP ownership also grants automatic entry into monthly lotteries, offering further opportunities for rewards within the PulsePot environment.

PulsePot ensures fairness and transparency by operating as a decentralized protocol on the PulseChain network. This means there's no central authority to manipulate game outcomes or censor transactions. Winnings are automatically paid directly to users' wallets via smart contracts, which are described as 100% decentralized and trustless. The determination of winning players is based on a random value derived from the next block hash, providing a verifiable and unbiased mechanism for game results.
