LBank has launched the Quick Deposit feature. For supported token/coins, funds may be credited once half of the required blockchain confirmations are reached, allowing you to trade faster. For security reasons, however, funds credited via Quick Deposit can only be withdrawn after all required blockchain confirmations are fully completed.

Common Scenarios & Tips

When depositing

  1. As shown, tap「Withdrawal Unlock」on the deposit page to view details.

When attempting to withdraw immediately after Quick Deposit

  1. Symptom: Withdrawal fails or shows an error.

  2. Unlock time: Usually 10 minutes to 2 hours (depending on network congestion).

  3. Common error: “Withdrawal failed, insufficient withdrawable balance (Error code: 60045)”

📌This is a normal security measure, not a system error.

Why This Happens

Quick Deposit only unlocks funds early for on-platform trading. Withdrawals still require the full original number of blockchain confirmations.

Example (USDT-TRC20):

  1. Normal withdrawal rule: Requires 12 confirmations

  2. With Quick Deposit: Credited after 6 confirmations → available for trading

  3. If you try to withdraw at this point: The remaining 6 confirmations are incomplete → withdrawal fails

Correct approach: Wait until the deposit record shows “12/12 confirmations (Completed)” before withdrawing. This usually takes just a few minutes to tens of minutes.

How to Check & Resolve

  1. Go to Assets > Deposit History to view the confirmation progress of that deposit.

  2. Once it shows 100% (Completed), the funds can be withdrawn normally.

Recommendation: Avoid withdrawing immediately after depositing. If you need to withdraw urgently, please wait until full confirmations are completed.

If the confirmation has been stuck for over 1 hour and withdrawal is still unavailable:

  1. Note down the deposit TxID and order number

  2. Contact online customer support for assistance
