  1. Log in to LBank website 👉 https://www.lbank.com.

  2. Tap [Assets], select [Deposit] or [Withdraw].

  1. On the [Deposit] or [Withdraw] page, search your targeted token or select from the recommended token below.

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page to view [Deposit Records] or [Withdrawal Records].

  2. Tap [All Deposit Records] or [All Withdrawal Records] to access your history.

  1. Check deposit address in [Deposit Records]. Click [Details] to view the transaction details on the blockchain explorer.

  1. View withdrawal address and transaction ID in [Withdrawal Records]. Click the [Link] to view the transaction details on the blockchain explorer.

App

  1. Log in to your LBank app.

  2. Tap [Assets], select [Deposit] or [Withdraw].

  1. On the [Deposit] or [Withdraw] page, tap the [Deposit & Withdrawal History] icon.

  1. Once entered into the [Deposit & Withdrawal History] page, select [Deposit] or [Withdraw] to view records.

  1. For [Deposit], Use the filter options to search by [Crypto] and [Status].

  2. For [Withdraw], Use the filter options to search by [Crypto], [Type], and [Status].

  1. Tap any transaction to view detailed information, including network, type, status, and deposit/withdrawal address.

How to Track a Transfer on Blockchain Browsers

For ERC20 Transfers

  1. ERC20 blockchain browser: https://etherscan.io 

  2. Visit the blockchain browser, enter your transaction hash to check the status. If it says [Success], your transfer is complete. If [Pending], please wait.

  3. If it feedbacks [Success] but funds aren't in your LBank account, please contact us with your account ID, cryptocurrency, and transaction hash.

For TRC20 Transfers

  1. TRC20 blockchain browser: https://tronscan.io/#/ 

  2. Visit the blockchain browser, enter your transaction hash to check the status. If it says [Success], your transfer is complete. If [Pending], please wait.

  3. If it feedbacks [Success] but funds aren't in your LBank account, please contact us with your account ID, cryptocurrency, and transaction hash.
