LBank offers a withdrawal whitelist to enhance account security by allowing withdrawals only from verified addresses. This article explains how to enable the withdrawal whitelist on LBank.

View Address Book

  1. Visit the LBank Official Website and log in to your account;

  2. Tap「Assets/Wallet」>「Withdraw」；

  1. Tap the「Token」to be withdrawn and tap「Address Management」to enter「Address Book」.

📌Note: Only addresses listed in the address book are allowed to initiate fund transfers.

Enable the Whitelist

  1. Tap「Address Whitelist Mode」button to enable; 

  1. Choose whether to enable the「New Address Withdrawal Lock」:

  • Tap「Not now」to enable only the「Address Whitelist Mode」.

  • Tap「Open」to lock withdrawals from newly added addresses for 24 hours.

Disable the Whitelist

  1. Tap「Address Whitelist Mode」button; 

  2. Tap「Disable」to disable in the pop-up;

  3. Simply tap「Cancel」if you decide against proceeding.

  1. Tap the「Token」 to be withdrawn and choose「On-chain」.

  1. In「Address book」page, tap the icon;

  2. Tap「Address Whitelist Mode」button. Once enabled, withdrawals can only be made to addresses listed in the address book.

  1. Choose whether to enable the「New Address Withdrawal Lock」：

  • Tap「Not now」to enable only the「Address Whitelist Mode」.

  • Tap「Open」to lock withdrawals from newly added addresses for 24 hours.

Disable the Whitelist

  1. Tap「Address Whitelist Mode」button；

  2. Tap「Disable」in the pop-up；

  3. Enter email and Google Authenticator codes and tap「Confirm」to disable.

  4. Simply tap「Cancel」if you decide against proceeding.

Important Notes

  1. Withdrawal Whitelist Check: Once the withdrawal whitelist is enabled, withdrawals can only be made to addresses in your address book. Please add frequently used addresses.

  2. New Address Lock: Enable the「New Address Withdrawal Lock」to prevent withdrawals from new addresses for 24 hours, enhancing security.

  3. Address Book Review: Regularly check and update your address book to ensure addresses are valid and accurate.

  4. Enable Passkey: Activate and update the Passkey to ensure enhanced account and fund security.
