Dinari BITB, represented by the token BITB.d, is a dShare token designed to provide tokenized access to shares of the Bitwise Bitcoin Exchange-Traded Product (ETP). Each BITB.d token is fully backed on a 1:1 basis by an equivalent share of the Bitwise Bitcoin ETP, which is held securely in a transparent treasury. The primary objective of Dinari is to broaden access to financial products such as the Bitwise Bitcoin ETP through the use of tokenization. This tokenized approach utilizes blockchain technology to enhance accessibility, offering features like continuous trading availability, the ability to own fractions of assets, immediate settlements, and effortless transferability. Dinari operates as a Web3 enterprise focused on equity trading. The project works by converting real-world assets, including stocks, exchange-traded funds, and bonds, into digital tokens on the blockchain, with each token maintaining a direct 1:1 backing to its underlying asset. Dinari offers an API integration that enables financial platforms, including fintech companies and digital banks, to facilitate investments in U.S. stocks. When users acquire tokens representing U.S. company shares, Dinari secures an equivalent amount of the actual stock to ensure full backing. Dinari has also introduced the Dinari Financial Network, which is a Layer 1 omni-chain orderbook built on Avalanche, aimed at enabling compliant equity trading and decentralized finance capabilities. This network is intended to facilitate liquidity and settlement across various blockchain networks for Dinari's partners.
