Etherfuse USTRY is a tokenized representation of short-term US Treasury Notes. It is designed to bridge the gap between traditional finance and decentralized finance by allowing blockchain users to gain exposure to US government debt. While traditional stablecoins are typically non-yield-bearing cash equivalents, USTRY is classified as a "Stablebond." It is an interest-bearing token backed 1:1 by physical US Treasuries. Instead of remaining static, the token utilizes a rebase mechanism where the balance in a user's wallet automatically updates to reflect accrued interest, offering a yield-generating alternative to standard stable assets.

USTRY is a multi-chain asset, ensuring broad compatibility across the Web3 ecosystem. It is primarily available on the Solana network using the Token-2022 standard, as well as on Stellar and Base. Furthermore, the project has expanded its availability to include Polygon, providing users with multiple options for holding and transferring the asset across different decentralized infrastructures.

Each USTRY token is backed by actual US Treasury Notes held in custody by regulated institutional partners. To maintain transparency, the protocol provides Proof of Reserves (PoR) reports and undergoes independent audits. These reports are updated periodically to confirm that the circulating on-chain supply accurately matches the physical assets held in secure custody, ensuring the token remains fully collateralized.

Beyond being a yield-bearing asset, USTRY incorporates a governance and staking layer. Users have the option to stake their tokens to earn multipliers and participate in protocol emissions.
