This decision led to a plan to distribute remaining resources back to the token holders. However, the process was complicated by security breaches and unauthorized withdrawals during the initial redemption phase. As of early 2024, the project entered formal receivership in the British Virgin Islands. Professional advisory firms were appointed by court order to take control of the treasury and oversee the final distribution of assets. These liquidators are currently managing the project social media channels and legal proceedings to ensure an orderly wind-down of the organization.
