Eclipse Fi is pivoting to Orbit, a personal finance and subscription management platform. While it was originally a Cosmos-focused launchpad, the team is now consolidating efforts into this new Web2.5 model. ECLIP remains the core asset of the ecosystem, and the team has stated that current holders and stakers will be prioritized for future benefits or potential airdrops related to the Orbit platform as the original launchpad functions wind down.

Cosmic Essence is a non-transferable reputation score earned by staking or locking ECLIP tokens. It determines a user's Tier, such as Stardust, Comet, or Nova. These tiers dictate the size of allocations users receive during project launches. Beyond allocation power, staking ECLIP also provides governance rights, allowing the community to vote on protocol parameters and future token emissions.

Staking offers more liquidity, allowing users to unstake with a short waiting period while earning Cosmic Essence gradually. Locking requires committing tokens for fixed terms to receive higher rewards and instant Cosmic Essence. Early unlocking is permitted but involves a slashing penalty that decreases as the lock duration nears completion, with those fees typically being redirected to the community DAO.

The primary network for ECLIP is Neutron within the Cosmos ecosystem, though wrapped versions are also available on networks like Arbitrum and Ethereum. Users can move tokens to Neutron using integrated dApp tools or cross-chain routers. For managing assets and staking, the community generally recommends using Cosmos-compatible wallets like Keplr or Leap to interact with the platform’s core features.

To comply with regulatory standards, users must complete a Zero-Knowledge KYC (zk-KYC) process, which preserves privacy while verifying eligibility. Participation levels are determined by the user's specific Tier and Cosmic Essence score. If a project is oversubscribed, individual allocation caps may be adjusted based on total demand, ensuring that higher-tier users still receive their prioritized access.

Following the pivot to the Orbit platform, the primary focus for the community has shifted from upcoming launches to the long-term integration of ECLIP into a personal finance ecosystem. Users should monitor official project updates on social channels to understand how their holdings will translate into value or access within the new Orbit subscription and management infrastructure, including potential rewards for existing supporters.
