If the voucher is unavailable, the page will display the reason, such as an unsupported trading pair, insufficient investment amount, trading pair usage limit reached, or first-time Futures Grid user restriction.
Settlement & Compensation Rules

The voucher will be automatically settled under either of the following circumstances:

The user manually stops the grid.

The voucher expires.

Compensation is calculated based on the grid’s total PnL. If total PnL is negative, the system will compensate the loss up to the voucher’s face value. If no compensation is due, no funds will be credited.
Compensation Crediting
The voucher will be automatically settled under either of the following circumstances:

If the compensation conditions are met, the compensation will be automatically credited to the user’s Futures Account without the need for manual application.

After voucher settlement is completed, the platform will send a notification based on the settlement result.

If compensation is issued, the notification will specify the settlement reason and compensation amount.
