Second, it is used for staking. Exchange operators are required to stake LRC to ensure they follow the protocol rules and provide security to their users. Individual users can also stake their tokens to earn a share of the protocol fees. Furthermore, the token is used to pay for transaction fees on the network, and a portion of these fees is often burned, making the token model deflationary over time. In addition to decentralized trading, Loopring has expanded into the non-fungible token space. It provides tools for minting and trading NFTs with minimal gas fees.
