Price prediction

Moving Averages Explained: Moving averages are lines that represent the average price over a specific period, used to smooth price fluctuations and identify trend direction. When the price is above the moving average, it generally indicates an uptrend, while below indicates a downtrend. A short-term moving average crossing above a long-term moving average forms a Golden Cross (bullish), while crossing below forms a Death Cross (bearish). A bullish alignment (short-term > medium-term > long-term) indicates a strong uptrend, while a bearish alignment indicates the opposite.

Hedera (HBAR) FAQ

No, Hedera is a Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) utilizing the Hashgraph consensus algorithm. While it shares characteristics with blockchain (distributed, secure, decentralized), it employs a Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) structure. This design enables parallel processing of transactions, differing from the sequential block-by-block processing found in traditional blockchains.
Hedera is engineered for high performance, currently handling over 10,000 transactions per second (TPS) with rapid 3–5 second finality, ensuring transactions are irreversible almost instantly. Transaction fees are consistently low, fixed at $0.0001 USD per transaction, paid using the HBAR token.
This is a frequent point of discussion. Critics sometimes view the limited number of council members as a sign of centralization. However, Hedera counters that its governance model ensures decentralization through reputation. The Council comprises up to 39 diverse, globally recognized organizations from various sectors and continents, whose differing interests make collusion highly improbable.
The HBAR token serves two critical functions. Firstly, it acts as "Network Fuel," used to pay for all network services, including smart contract execution, cryptocurrency transfers, and file storage. Secondly, HBAR contributes to "Network Security," as users can stake their tokens to nodes, protecting the network from potential Sybil attacks and ensuring its integrity.
This design choice ensures cost predictability for developers and enterprises using the network. By pegging fees to USD, the network automatically adjusts the amount of HBAR required for a transaction based on its current market price. This mechanism guarantees that network services remain consistently affordable and predictable, regardless of HBAR's price fluctuations.
