Price prediction

Moving Averages Explained: Moving averages are lines that represent the average price over a specific period, used to smooth price fluctuations and identify trend direction. When the price is above the moving average, it generally indicates an uptrend, while below indicates a downtrend. A short-term moving average crossing above a long-term moving average forms a Golden Cross (bullish), while crossing below forms a Death Cross (bearish). A bullish alignment (short-term > medium-term > long-term) indicates a strong uptrend, while a bearish alignment indicates the opposite.

Aptos (APT) FAQ

Aptos is a Layer-1 Proof-of-Stake (PoS) blockchain designed for scalability, safety, and upgradeability. It was founded by Mo Shaikh and Avery Ching, both former employees of Meta. The core team consists of engineers and researchers who previously worked on Meta’s blockchain initiatives. The project aims to bring the next billion users to Web3 by providing a developer-friendly environment and industry-leading performance, often being compared to other high-throughput networks.
Aptos uses Move, a resource-oriented programming language. Unlike traditional smart contract languages, Move is designed to prevent common vulnerabilities, such as re-entrancy attacks. It treats digital assets as resources that cannot be duplicated or accidentally deleted. This focus on safety and flexibility makes it an ideal choice for developers building complex decentralized applications while ensuring that assets remain secure and verifiable on-chain.
Aptos achieves high throughput through a parallel execution engine called Block-STM. While many older blockchains process transactions sequentially, Aptos processes multiple transactions simultaneously. This significantly increases efficiency and speed. Although the network only processes what is demanded by users at any given time, it has demonstrated the capacity to handle hundreds of millions of transactions in a single day during peak activity events, outperforming many traditional Layer-1 competitors.
The APT token is the native utility token of the Aptos ecosystem. It is primarily used for paying gas fees to cover transaction costs on the network. Additionally, APT is used for staking, where participants help secure the blockchain and earn rewards. Token holders also participate in governance, allowing them to vote on protocol upgrades and various development proposals brought forward by the community and the Aptos Foundation. The smallest unit of the token is known as an Octa.
Users can interact with the Aptos network using popular native wallets like Petra, Pontem, and Martian, as well as various established multi-chain hardware and software wallets. For moving assets from other blockchains, users commonly use bridging solutions powered by LayerZero or Wormhole. These tools allow for the seamless transfer of assets like stablecoins and other major cryptocurrencies into the Aptos ecosystem to be used in decentralized finance (DeFi) or NFT marketplaces.
