The fund password (also known as asset password) is an important security feature in LBank, designed to protect sensitive operations such as withdrawals and transfers. Once set, it requires additional verification for these actions, significantly enhancing account security. If you prioritize asset protection, we strongly recommend enabling this feature.

Access Security Center

  1. Visit LBank Official Web and login to your account;  

  2. Tap your avatar and go to「Security」.

  1. Navigate to「Fund Password」and tap「Add」.

Set & Enable

  1. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete security verification and set your fund password.

  2. Optionally enable「Fund Password Verification」. Once enabled, you will need to re-enter the password every two hours to verify your identity and ensure account security.

  3. Upon completion, the asset password takes effect immediately. For future withdrawals or other fund-related operations, the system will require this password for secondary verification.

Reminder

  1. The fund password is independent from your login password—do not set them to the same value to avoid security risks.

  2. If you forget your asset password, you can reset it in the Security Center after completing the required security verification.

  3. For maximum account protection, we recommend enabling Google Authenticator (GA) or other multi-factor authentication (2FA) alongside this feature.
