  3. Restricting access to personal information to authorized personnel who need such access to perform their duties.

Although LBank has implemented reasonable and appropriate security measures, no system can guarantee that your data will never be lost, misused, or accessed or altered without authorization. You also play a critical role in protecting your personal information by, for example, choosing a sufficiently strong and complex password when opening an account and using the services, not disclosing your password to any third party, and promptly notifying LBank if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

LBank cannot ensure or guarantee the absolute security or confidentiality of information transmitted or received over the Internet or wireless networks (including email, telephone, or SMS), as there are inherent risks before and after information enters or leaves LBank’s systems. If you believe that your data is no longer secure, you should contact LBank via the email address or other contact details provided at the end of this Privacy Policy.

You have the right to access, correct, or update your personal information and to request deletion of inaccurate information (except where retention is required by law or contract). You may log in to your LBank Account at any time and click on your user profile icon to perform the relevant operations.

Where the cost or burden of providing access or correction rights clearly exceeds the privacy risks to you, or where such access or correction would unduly infringe the lawful rights of other individuals, LBank may, to the extent permitted by law, limit your right to update or modify your personal information.

If you close your LBank Account, LBank will mark your account as “closed” in its internal database, but will retain related account information as required by law and for risk management purposes, in order to prevent fraud and assist law enforcement. Retention Period of Personal Information

LBank will store your personal information securely throughout the full life cycle of your LBank Account. After termination or closure of your account, LBank will retain your personal information for at least five (5) years, or for a longer period as necessary to comply with LBank’s legal and regulatory obligations, or as needed to resolve disputes and enforce this Agreement.
