1. Access the P2P Trading
Go to LBank Website and login to your account 👉 https://www.lbank.com/, tap [Buy Crypto] - [P2P Trading].
2. P2P Trade
Take [Selling USDT for VND] as an example, follow the steps below to sell.
2.1 Filter Cryptocurrency and Buyer
Select the cryptocurrency you want to sell and find suitable P2P advertisements. Check the buyer’s [Trade Limit] and [Payment Methods], then tap [Sell] on your preferred offer.
Confirm the crypto you want to sell and the fiat currency you want to receive. Enter the amount of crypto to use, and the system will automatically calculate the amount of fiat currency you can receive. Also choose the payment method, then click [Confirm].
2.2 Enter and Confirm Order Details
Enter [Amount] of crypto to use, select [Payment Method], and tap [Confirm]. The system will calculate the crypto amount automatically.
2.3 Confirm payee information
Once you double-check your payment details, and tap [Confirm].
2.4 Waiting for Payment
Once the order shows [Counterparty is making payment], the buyer should complete the transfer within the time limit. You can use the [Chat] on the right to reach out if needed.
2.5 Confirming Receipt
Once the buyer transfers the payment, make sure the funds have arrived in your bank account or wallet before clicking [Confirm Payment].
- Important Note: Please always log in to your payment account to verify, Don’t rely only on SMS or email alerts.
2.6 Release Cryptocurrency
Enter your [Fund Password] and tap [Confirm], the cryptocurrencies will be released to the buyer’s Funding Account, completing the order.
3. Asking for Help
If you run into any issues during the transaction, contact the buyer via the [Chat] window on the right. You can also click [Appeal] to reach our Customer Support for help.
Note:
- Do not trust anyone requesting offline transactions claiming to represent LBank Customer Support.
- Please note that the crypto assets you sell will be frozen by the platform during the transaction process. You can click [Confirm Payment] to release your assets to the buyer after confirming that you have received their payment.
- Do not agree to any request to release crypto before confirming the receipt of the payment to avoid financial losses.
- Please note that you cannot place more than two ongoing orders at the same time. You must complete the existing order before placing a new order.
