Futures K-Line Chart Upgrade: Index Price and Quick Order Panel
- The K-line chart for futures now supports index price display, enabling users to better track market movements with a more complete picture.
- A new quick order panel toggle has been added, streamlining the order placement process and significantly improving trading efficiency.
Asset PnL Analysis Module Now Live
- Introducing the Asset Profit & Loss Analysis feature—instantly view profit and loss trends across your portfolio, with clearer insights into fund movements.
Major Matching Engine Upgrade
- In May, we completed a comprehensive upgrade of our core matching engine, covering modules such as order matching, fund calculation, and message processing. This further enhances trading accuracy, stability, and execution speed, delivering a smoother trading experience overall.
Fiat Services Enhancements
Improved Minor Conversion Mechanism
- The minor conversion mechanism has been upgraded to prevent misleading quotes, delivering a more stable and reliable user experience.
Optimized Fiat Deposit / Withdrawal / Conversion Flow
- Fiat transaction pages have been fully upgraded with an improved interface and smoother process flow, significantly enhancing the overall user experience when depositing, withdrawing, or converting fiat currencies.
Asset PnL Data Accuracy Fixes
- Resolved data accuracy issues caused by snapshot anomalies or token delistings, ensuring users receive more reliable and consistent PnL analytics.
Spot & Futures Trading Optimizations
Order Book Buy/Sell Ratio and Display Toggle
- The order book now features a real-time Buy/Sell Ratio, with an optional display toggle—giving users clearer insights into market sentiment at a glance.
Localized Price Display Upgrade
- Price abbreviation formats have been optimized for international audiences. Display formats in MENA regions now align with Arabic reading conventions, improving usability.
UI & Interaction Upgrades
Enhanced Web3 Wallet Transfers
- Transfers from Web3-connected accounts now support multi-address deposits on a single network, aligned with the logic of centralized account transfers—users can now add and switch addresses more freely.
Withdrawal Prompt Optimization
- When users attempt to withdraw to an internal LBank address, a new prompt will appear: "This address is identified as belonging to a user on this exchange. You may try internal transfer to save fees."—helping users save on fees and operate with greater peace of mind.
Search Bar Revamp
- The main navigation search bar has been redesigned, now featuring popular token suggestions to make searching faster and more efficient.
Customer Support Enhancements
Upgraded Campaign Support Services
- Customer service capabilities for event-related queries have been strengthened. With enhanced internal access to campaign data, response times are faster and issue resolution is more efficient—ensuring a smoother user experience during promotions and events.
Copy Trading Product Updates
- The native Copy Trading App for both Android and iOS TestFlight has been updated. The updates in this release include: Copy Trading Home Page, Lead Trader Details Page, Futures Copy Settings Page, Apply to Become a Lead Trader Page.
- Copy Trading Profit-Share Increase & Rules Update
The maximum profit-share is now determined by the lead trader’s total contract equity—regular lead traders can earn up to 20% of their followers’ net profits.
- Private Copy Trading Experience Upgrade
Lead traders can customize their profit share ratio, from the previous [1%, 20%] range to an enhanced [0%, 99%].
