1. Promotion type: Coupon Codes.
2. Term. This Promotion is for a limited period. It shall be effective commencing on February 14 for a period of 14 consecutive calendar days or until coupon codes have been exhausted, whichever occurs first. Promotion will end and cease to be supported by Simplex on February 27, 2025. Any coupon codes remaining unredeemed after February 27 will be revoked.
3. Promotion specific terms
3.1 Promotion only applies to Simplex Services.
3.2 Any use of the Simplex Service is subject to Simplex’s Terms of Use (here).
3.3 In order to qualify for the Promotion, End Users must:
- Have purchase history in LBank
- Purchase amount over 1000 USD or equivalent value in other currencies
- Purchased currency is NOT USD
(“Qualified End User”)
3.4 Coupon code: LBKVIP50OFF
3.5 Promotion applies only to Qualified End Users.
3.6 Promotion may not be combined with other Promotions.
3.7 Promotion is non-transferrable and may not be resold.
3.8 If any of the Promotion terms are violated, the Promotion will be canceled.
3.9 Promotion is void where prohibited.
4. Obligations and Responsibilities
4.1 Simplex
4.1.1 Simplex will issue 50 Coupon codes. Each coupon code (‘Coupon Code’), once applied by an Eligible End User, will enable a one-time reduced Simplex Fee of 50 % (fifty percent) for the specific, single, transaction the coupon code was applied for.
5. Simplex prior written approval. Any publication of the Promotion or its terms on any platform, including the content of the Promotion will require the prior written approval of Simplex. Written approval shall be issued by the Head of Customer Success of Simplex. written approval via email is sufficient.
6. Fees
During the term of the Promotion,
6.1 Eligible End Users applying a valid Coupon Code will be charged a reduced Simplex Fee of 50% (fifth percent) instead of the standard Simplex Fee applied to all End Users.
6.2 Partner waives eligibility for all fees relating to Eligible End Users.
6.3 Once the Promotion is terminated, Simplex will return to charge all End Users, including Eligible End Users, standard Simplex Fee.
