  1. Log in to LBank website 👉 https://www.lbank.com.

  2. Tap [Assets] - [Withdraw].

⚠️ To ensure account security, if you haven’t enabled security verification methods (e.g., Google Authenticator), please refer to「How to Setup Google Auth in LBank (Web)?」

  1. Enter your targeted token to search or select from the recommended token below. 

  1. Select [On-Chain], paste the withdrawal address (copied from the receiving wallet or exchange), select the corresponding network.

  1. Enter the withdrawal amount. If required, enter or copy the MEMO/Tag, click [Confirm].

  1. Review the information carefully. Enter email or SMS verification code and Google Auth code, click [Confirm].

*Once approved, your assets will be automatically transferred to the specified on-chain address.

App

  1. Log in to your LBank app.

  2. Tap [Assets] - [Withdraw].

  2. Review the information carefully. Enter email or SMS verification code and Google Auth code, click [Confirm].

*Once approved, your assets will be automatically transferred to the specified on-chain address.

On-Chain Withdrawal Examples

Withdraw to Another Exchange

Example using the app (the web process is similar):

  1. Go to the [Deposit] page on the receiving exchange. Select token and network, copy the deposit address.

  2. In the LBank withdrawal page, enter the corresponding token and network, paste the copied address.

  3. Enter the withdrawal amount, tap [Submit], and wait for blockchain confirmation.

  4. After the transaction is confirmed, check the deposit status on the receiving exchange.

*Please make sure the token, network, and address are all correct to avoid any loss of funds.

Withdraw to an On-Chain Wallet

  1. Open your wallet (e.g., MetaMask), select network, copy the wallet address.

  2. Go to LBank Withdrawal, select the corresponding network, paste the address.

  3. Select token, enter the withdrawal amount, tap [Submit], and wait for blockchain confirmation.

  4. After the transaction is confirmed, check the deposit status on the receiving wallet.

*Please make sure the token, network, and address are all correct to avoid any loss of funds.

*If the token doesn't appear in your wallet, please manually add it by importing the contract address.
