API Node Congestion (During Peak Hours)

When withdrawal requests surge, API nodes may enforce rate limiting, causing certain requests will be queued or temporarily suspended. These queued requests cannot be manually cancelled and will either be processed automatically or auto-cancelled upon timeout. Users may resubmit after cancellation.

Wallet Maintenance or System Upgrade

Withdrawals of specific tokens will be fully suspended during scheduled or unscheduled wallet maintenance/upgrades. Service resumes automatically once maintenance is completed.

Tap「?」to check steps of「How to withdraw」.

Tap「View History」to check further.

In「Funding History > Spot History」, filter by 「Date」,「Pair」and「Bill Type」to check a specific record.

Tap「Download⏬」to save record if necessary.
