Platform-Level Systemic Delays

  1. API Node Congestion (During Peak Hours)

    • When withdrawal requests surge, API nodes may enforce rate limiting, causing certain requests will be queued or temporarily suspended. These queued requests cannot be manually cancelled and will either be processed automatically or auto-cancelled upon timeout. Users may resubmit after cancellation.

    • Expected processing time: 8–24 hours

  2. Wallet Maintenance or System Upgrade

    • Withdrawals of specific tokens will be fully suspended during scheduled or unscheduled wallet maintenance/upgrades. Service resumes automatically once maintenance is completed.

    • Expected processing time: 8–24 hours

Check current network status via mempool.space or similar tools. This type delay is beyond the platform’s control

Incorrect withdrawal address or network selected

Transaction on-chain but not received

Verify address and network; funds sent to wrong network/address are generally irrecoverable

Missing or incorrect Memo/Tag

Common with XRP, XLM, TON, EOS, etc.

Contact the receiving platform with the TxID for possible recovery (success depends on their policy)

Unscheduled technical maintenance

Official announcement or in-app pop-up

Follow LBank official announcements; service resumes automatically after maintenance

Issue with receiving wallet

TxID fully confirmed but not reflected on recipient side

Contact the receiving wallet/exchange support and provide the TxID

  2. Tap「History」in top-right;

  3. Filter records by「Type」and「Status」.

Step 2 View Withdraw Details

  1. Tap any record to check its specific withdrawal details;

  2. Tap「?」to check steps of「How to withdraw」.

Web

  1. Tap「Assets」from navigation bar and select「Withdraw」;

  1. Tap「View History」to check further.

  1. In「Funding History > Spot History」, filter by 「Date」,「Pair」and「Bill Type」to check a specific record. 

  2. Tap「Download⏬」to save record if necessary.
