System API Congestion Handling
During periods of high withdrawal demand, LBank’s system may experience API node limitations, causing some transactions to be temporarily queued or suspended. In such cases, your withdrawal request will remain in a pending state until the system automatically cancels it. You can then manually resubmit the withdrawal. The estimated processing time for this is approximately 8–24 hours. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
Ongoing Wallet Maintenance
Certain tokens may be undergoing LBank’s wallet upgrades, during which all related withdrawal requests will be paused until the maintenance is complete. Once the wallet upgrade is finalized, the system will automatically resume processing these transactions. The estimated completion time is around 8–24 hours. We appreciate your understanding during this period.
Other Common Reasons for Withdrawal Delays
-
Withdrawal Request Under Processing
When there is a high volume of withdrawal requests, the system processes them in the order they were submitted. This may cause delays during peak times.
🚧 What to do:
-
Check the withdrawal status in the [Withdrawal Details] section.
-
If the status shows [Processing], the platform is handling your request. It will update to [Completed] once processed.
-
If it remains unchanged for an extended period, contact 📮support@lbank.com.
-
Pending Network Confirmation
Blockchain withdrawals require multiple confirmations to be considered complete and reflected in the recipient wallet (e.g., Bitcoin may require several conformations depending on network rules).
🚧 What to do:
-
Use the Transaction ID (TxID) from your withdrawal details to track the confirmation status on a blockchain explorer (e.g., Etherscan for Ethereum).
-
Blockchain Network Congestion
High network traffic, often during periods of intense trading activity or market volatility, can slow down transaction processing on the blockchain.
🚧 What to do:
-
Check the blockchain network status to confirm if congestion is causing delays. Note that such delays are beyond LBank’s control.
-
Incorrect Address or Network Selection
Your withdrawal may fail if the recipient wallet address is incorrect or the wrong withdrawal network is selected.
🚧 What to do:
-
Verify Details: Ensure the recipient wallet address is accurate and supports the cryptocurrency being withdrawn.
-
Track the Transaction: If processed, use the TxID to track the transaction on a blockchain explorer.
-
Contact Recipient Wallet Provider: If the transaction is confirmed but funds are not reflected, contact the recipient wallet provider with the TxID.
-
Incorrect or Missing Memo/Tag
Certain coins (e.g., XRP, TON) require a memo/tag. An incorrect or missing memo/tag may result in withdrawal failure.
🚧 What to do:
-
Confirm if a memo/tag is required by the receiving platform.
-
If incorrect, contact the receiving platform for assistance in retrieving funds.
-
Technical Maintenance or Downtime
Temporary maintenance on the exchange or blockchain network may cause withdrawal delays.
🚧 What to do:
-
Check official announcements or blockchain network status updates.
-
Wait until maintenance is complete before retrying the withdrawal.
-
Issues with the Receiving Wallet
Technical issues, synchronization delays, or unsupported tokens in the recipient wallet can prevent funds from appearing.
🚧 What to do:
-
Contact the wallet provider with the TxID for assistance.
-
Ensure the wallet supports the token and network used for the withdrawal.
