Check Non-Recoverable Scenarios

First, please verify if your case falls under any of these non-recoverable situations:

  1. The deposit address does not exist or is invalid.

  2. The deposit address does not belong to LBank.

  3. The deposited coin is not listed on LBank.

  4. Other cases deemed unrecoverable by LBank.

Asset Recovery Process

  2. Await Review: Our team will review your request within 5 business days and inform you whether the assets can be recovered.

  3. Complete Recovery: If recoverable, customer support will provide detailed instructions. Assets are typically returned to your account within 30 business days. Please be patient.
