If you forget to include or use an incorrect memo, tag, or payment ID (e.g., for XLM or XRP), your deposit may not be credited to your LBank account.

  • Provide accurate information to facilitate the process.

2. Depositing to an Incorrect or Unlisted Token Address

LBank does not typically offer token recovery services for deposits sent to incorrect or unlisted token addresses. However, in cases of significant financial loss, LBank may, at its discretion, assist with recovery efforts.

3. Depositing to a Non-LBank Address
