LBank supports users in depositing fiat currency into their platform account balance through the Fiat Transactions feature. After the deposit is credited, users can place orders through One-Click Buy with Balance, enabling the conversion from fiat currency to digital assets.

To help you complete deposits and buy crypto more efficiently, this article introduces the detailed operation process and related notes.

Preparation

Before making a fiat deposit, please make sure the following requirements are met:

  1. Please ensure that identity verification (KYC) has been completed before making a fiat deposit.

  2. Please use a personal bank account under the same name as your KYC name for the transfer. Third-party or corporate bank account deposits are currently not supported.

Fiat Transactions

Select Fiat Currency & Deposit Method

  1. Log in to the LBank App, go to the「Buy Crypto」page, and select「Fiat Transactions」.

  2. Select the fiat currency you want to deposit, such as EUR, USD, AUD, or CHF. The actual supported currencies are subject to the page display.  

  3. Select the corresponding「Deposit Method」, such as SEPA, SEPA Instant, or SWIFT. The available deposit methods may vary depending on the fiat currency.

Complete the Transfer as Instructed

  1. After selecting the above information, click「Deposit」to view the receiving bank details and transfer requirements shown on the page.  

  2. Complete the transfer using your personal bank account and accurately fill in the Reference Code shown on the page in the transfer remark field, if applicable.

  3. Only transfers from a personal bank account under the same name as the verified KYC name are accepted. Third-party transfers are not accepted; otherwise, it may result in deposit failure or loss of funds.

  4. After completing the transfer, submit the application as prompted on the page and wait for the bank to process it.

Arrival Time

  1. The crediting time varies depending on the deposit method. The actual arrival time is subject to the bank’s processing time. 

  2. If the transaction requires further review, or if additional documents need to be provided or resubmitted, the processing time may be extended.

One-Click Buy with Balance

After the fiat deposit is credited, the funds will be added to your platform account balance, and you can use your account balance to purchase digital assets through One-Click Buy.

  1. Go to the One-Click Buy page and select the crypto you want to buy and the fiat currency in order.

  2. As shown on the page, confirm「Payment Method > Balance」, enter an amount within your available balance, confirm the price, quantity, and payment amount, then click「Buy」 to submit the order.  

  3. After the order is completed, the corresponding digital assets will be credited to your account. 

Reminder

Please reasonably plan your deposit and buy crypto timing based on your actual fund arrangement so as not to affect subsequent trading operations.  Funds can only be used for One-Click Buy with Balance after the fiat deposit has been credited, and the actual account display shall prevail. To ensure a smooth operation, it is recommended that you double-check the relevant information before submitting the order.
