How-to Steps

Log in and navigate to「Affiliate Management Platform」

On the Home page, tap「Account Manager」;

In the pop-up information panel, you will be able to view your dedicated Account Manager’s contact details, such as email address or Telegram contact information.

Please make sure to contact your dedicated Account Manager only through LBank’s official platform. Do not trust any unofficial channels, third-party accounts, or unverified information.
