Due to intermittent network fluctuations, starting from 22:10 on May 31, 2026 (UTC+8), a small number of users in certain regions experienced display abnormalities on the front-end page when using the LBank Futures system. This may have affected certain operations, including position closing and futures asset transfers.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to affected users. LBank has always upheld a user-first principle and will provide compensation for verified actual losses caused by this incident.
