To maintain a high-quality community experience, LBank has launched a new feature Telegram Verification Bot. This bot helps confirm that each member is a verified LBank user before joining official Affiliate or Partner communities.

How-to Steps

Step 1. Start the Bot

  1. Get your dedicated verification bot link from your LBank representative (for example: `@xxxx_bot`).

  2. Click「Start」to begin. The bot will send a welcome message and brief introduction.

  3. Select your preferred language to continue.

Step 2. Verify & Apply to Join

  1. Follow the bot’s instructions and enter the command `/Inner`；  

  2. When prompted, input your LBank UID (you can find it in your account profile).If you haven’t registered yet, tap the invitation link to sign up and enjoy affiliate rewards.

  3. The bot will automatically verify your UID and respond with the result. Verification may check whether:

    • You registered using the Affiliate’s invitation link;

    • You meet specific balance or trading volume requirements.

Verification Results

  1. ✅Verified: You will immediately receive the group invitation link. Tap「VIEW GROUP」to join.

  1. ⚠️Not verified: If your UID doesn’t meet the requirements (e.g., not invited by the Affiliate, insufficient balance, or trading activity), the bot will indicate the reason.

    • ❌IIncorrect UID: Please confirm your UID and try again. 

    • 🔁Verification limit reached:

      1. Each Telegram account has a maximum of 5 verification attempts.

      2. If exceeded, please contact your inviter or community admin for assistance.

Important Notes

  1. The verification process is for identity confirmation only; no additional personal data is collected.

  2. Make sure to verify using the same UID linked to your LBank account.

  3. If you’ve forgotten your UID, log in to the LBank app or web version and check it under「Profile > Personal Center」.

  4. Group links are valid only for verified users. If the link expires or is deleted, please reverify to obtain a new one.

Reminder

Once verified, follow the bot’s prompt to join the corresponding LBank official or partner community.
