LBank has officially launched the Telegram Community Verification Bot, designed to help Affiliates and KOLs efficiently manage their Telegram communities. By introducing group entry verification, this feature ensures precise user acquisition and refined community management, enhancing user quality and engagement across all channels.

Purpose

  1. Verify that all group members are legitimate, registered users invited through an Affiliate link.

  2. Filter out invalid or malicious accounts to improve community interaction quality.

  3. Enable Affiliates to track verification data and linkage status directly from the backend.

How-to Steps

Step 1. Create Your Telegram Bot  

📌 Affiliates are responsible for creating their own bot via Telegram.

  1. Open Telegram and search for @BotFather.

  2. Click「Start」, then enter the command `/newbot`;  

  3. Follow the prompts to name your bot according to Telegram’s naming rules.

  4. Once created, save your bot details carefully:

    • Bot Name

    • Bot Link

    • Bot Token (Key) 

Get Your Community ID

  1. Invite the bot you created to your Telegram group.

  2. Set the bot as an administrator of the group.

  3. Open the bot’s chat, click Start, then enter `/ID` to get the community ID.

Step 2. Link the Bot in the Affiliate Dashboard

Login & Create

  1. Log in to the LBank official website, navigate to「Profile > Referral」to enter the Affiliate Dashboard.

  1. Go to「My TG Bot > Exclusive TG Bot」. Ensure your Telegram account is linked before claiming your dedicated bot.

    • To link: go to「Profile > Security Center > Linked Account」, then connect your Telegram account.

  1. Proceed to「Community TG Bot」, and click 「+ Add Bot」to create a new one.

Fill in Bot Details

  1. Enter your bot information: 「Bot Name」,「Bot Link」,「Bot Token」, and your「Invitation Code」.

  2. Configure the entry conditions — such as「invitation Criteria」,「Asset Balance」, or「Trading Volume」— based on your community’s needs.

  3. Review all information carefully before clicking「Next」.

Add Community ID

  1. Enter your「Telegram Community ID」, then click「Save」to complete the configuration. 

    • Note: Each bot can only be linked to one group. To maintain order, please follow the “One Group, One Bot” rule.

Bot Management

  1. Access「My TG Bot > Community TG Bot」anytime to「Edit」or「Delete」existing bots as needed.

  1. How can I find my Community ID? 

    • Invite your bot to the Telegram group first. Once added, you can retrieve the group ID by using the `/ID` command in chat.

  2. Why does it show an “invalid or incorrect UID”? 

    • Confirm that the UID belongs to a valid LBank user under your Affiliate network.

  3. What happens if verification exceeds the limit?  

    • Each Telegram account has five verification attempts to prevent abuse or spam.

  4. What if I delete a bot? 

    • Once deleted, the bot will no longer respond to UID verification. Any previous links will expire, and users won’t be able to join via that bot.

  5. Can I change the entry conditions? 

    • Yes. Adjust them anytime in the Affiliate Dashboard—changes take effect immediately.  

  6. Can one bot manage multiple groups? 

    • No. To ensure efficient management, each Telegram bot can be bound to only one community ID.
