LBank Crypto Gift lets you send cryptocurrency as a “gift packet” to others — perfect for daily transfers, event rewards, or community engagement. With a unique gift link, QR code or passcode, you can securely and easily send or receive crypto at no extra cost.

Feature Overview

  1. LBank Crypto Gift allows you to split your digital assets into multiple packets and send them to one or more recipients.

  2. Recipients can claim their assets in the LBank App using a gift link, passcode or QR code — free and instant.

  3. Any unclaimed amount within 24 hours will be automatically refunded to the sender’s LBank account.

  4. Attention: Only users whose app version is higher than the following can use the Red Packet feature: 

    • iOS: 5.8.4 and above  

    • Android: 7.7.4 and above

    • If your app version is lower than the versions listed above, please go to the download page and update to the latest version before using this feature.

How-to Steps

Send A Crypto Gift

Step 1: Access the Gift Feature

  1. Log in to the LBank App. On the homepage, tap「More > Crypto Gift」;

  2. Tap「➡️Send」.

Step 2: Create Your Gift

  1. Choose the cryptocurrency you want to send and select a gift type:

  • Random Amount: Set the total amount and number of gifts. The system will randomly allocate different amounts to each recipient. Some may get more, others less — perfect for group interactions or fun community events.

  • Fixed Amount: Set the total amount and number of gifts. Each recipient receives the same amount. Suitable for equal rewards, team incentives, or cases where fairness is desired.

  • Tap「+」if the balance is not enough to proceed.

  • You may also enable「Participation Requirements」if needed.

  1. Tap「🧧Change Cover」and swipe left to choose your preferred gift cover design.

  2. Tap「📝Edit」 to write a personalized greeting message.

Step 3: Share Your Gift

  1. After confirming all the details and the deduction account, the system will generate a unique gift link and Passcode.

  2. Share the link or Passcode with friends through social media, chat apps, or posters — and your Crypto Gift is packed and sent.

Receive A Crypto Gift

Through a Gift Link or Poster

  1. Log in to LBank App and tap the「Scan」icon on the homepage;

  2. Scan the QR code on the shared gift poster, then tap「Open it」to claim.

  1. After claiming, tap「Details」to check the distribution status, or go to the Crypto Gift page and select「> Claimed」to view all received gifts.

⚠️ Note: If you open a gift link via a web browser, you’ll need to log in to your LBank account to claim the gift. Follow the prompts to log in or register, then tap Claim to receive your Crypto Gift.

Through a Passcode

  1. Obtain the Passcode from your friend, go to「More > Crypto Gift」, select「Receive」, and enter/paste the Passcode.

  2. Tap「Open it」to receive the assets.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Is there a time limit for each gift? 

    • Each Crypto Gift is valid for 24 hours. Any unclaimed amount after this period will be automatically refunded to the sender’s account.

  2. What happens if only part of the gift is claimed? 

    • Any unclaimed portion after the valid period will automatically return to the sender’s balance. No manual request is required.

  3. Can someone without an LBank account receive a gift? 

    • Yes. Recipients who don’t have an account will be guided to register and complete verification (if required) before claiming the gift.

  4. Where do the claimed assets go? Can they be traded or withdrawn? 

    • Once claimed, the assets are credited directly to the recipient’s LBank account. They can be used for spot trading, transfers, or withdrawals according to platform rules.

  5. Can I recall or edit a gift after sending? 

    • Once sent, a Crypto Gift cannot be modified or withdrawn. Any unclaimed amount will automatically return to your account after the expiration time. Please double-check the amount and currency before sending.

  6. Are there any transaction fees? 

    • Sending and claiming Crypto Gifts are free of charge. Standard withdrawal or trading fees apply if recipients later move or trade the assets.

  7. What should I do if I encounter an issue? 

    • If you experience claim failures, balance discrepancies, or page errors, please try logging out, restarting, or updating the App. If the problem persists, contact LBank Support via the Customer Service section in the App or submit a ticket through LBank Help Center.
