Core Trading Hours Rules

LBank Stock Futures trading hours are strictly synchronized with major U.S. exchanges such as the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and NASDAQ, adjusted according to Daylight Saving Time (DST) and Standard Time, as detailed below:

Regular Trading Sessions (UTC+8 Time Zone)

1. Standard Time (Winter): Monday 12:00 – Saturday 08:30 (including regular, pre-market, and after-hours sessions)

2. Daylight Saving Time (Summer): Monday 12:00 – Saturday 07:30 (including regular, pre-market, and after-hours sessions)

Daylight Saving Time Switch Rules

Trading hours will automatically adjust in line with the U.S. DST schedule. The platform is currently operating under Standard Time. Switch details are as follows:

1. Standard Time activation: First Sunday in November (e.g., November 2, 2025)

2. Daylight Saving Time activation: Second Sunday in March (e.g., March 8, 2026)

The platform will issue advance notices during switch periods. Actual trading hours are subject to platform announcements and interface display.

Holiday Trading Arrangements

During official U.S. stock market holidays, LBank Stock Futures will suspend trading in sync with the market. Specific rules are as follows:

1. Full-day holidays: Futures trading suspended for the entire day. Unfilled orders will resume matching automatically upon market reopening.

2. Standard Time half-day holidays: Trading ends at 02:00 the next day (UTC+8), then suspends until the next trading day.

3. Daylight Saving Time half-day holidays: Trading ends at 01:00 the next day (UTC+8), then suspends until the next trading day.

Note: The above dates reflect official arrangements from major U.S. markets (NYSE, NASDAQ). If the market adjusts closing times (e.g., weekend observances or additional early closures), the platform will follow suit and issue supplementary announcements. Final trading hours are subject to display on the LBank trading interface. The day after Thanksgiving (November 27) and Christmas Eve (December 24) typically feature early market closes but do not affect full-day Futures rules unless otherwise specified by the platform.

Important Notices

1. Users are advised to closely monitor official U.S. stock market holiday announcements and LBank trading hour adjustment notices. Trading is suspended during closures; new orders cannot be placed, but unfilled orders will be prioritized for matching upon reopening.

2. At market open, opening prices for Futures may differ significantly from the previous close due to overnight global volatility or pre-market news (gap risk). Users holding overnight positions should set take-profit/stop-loss orders in advance and manage positions prudently.

3. When underlying stocks undergo corporate actions such as dividends, stock splits, or reverse splits, significant price fluctuations may occur. Upon receiving market notifications, the platform will promptly issue early settlement announcements, uniformly calculate and settle users’ position profits/losses, automatically close positions, and resume trading for the affected Futures after settlement.

4. If the U.S. stock market triggers circuit breakers (S&P 500 declines of 7%, 13%, or 20% triggering different levels), related Stock Futures will suspend trading in sync. No matching occurs during halts, and positions will not be liquidated, but users may cancel unfilled orders. Please monitor market conditions and platform announcements closely.

5. Due to regulatory restrictions in various jurisdictions, availability of Stock Futures products may vary. Certain regions do not support this product. Please refer to the “LBank Service Agreement” for details.
