USDZ is a USD-pegged stablecoin and the native utility token of the Zedxion Protocol. It functions within a broad Web3 ecosystem that includes centralized and decentralized exchange platforms. Beyond acting as a stable digital asset, USDZ is used to pay network transaction fees, participate in governance, and facilitate staking rewards. It is designed to bridge the gap between traditional fiat currency and the blockchain space.

The project was established by CEO Elizabeth Newman and a team of developers with extensive backgrounds in major global technology and data firms. Launched in May 2022, Zedxion is headquartered in Singapore, with additional offices in Hong Kong and registration in the British Virgin Islands. The team focuses on creating a multi-layered security infrastructure and a distributed peer-to-peer consensus network to support its global operations.

While both assets are part of the same ecosystem, they serve distinct purposes. USDZ is a stablecoin pegged to the US Dollar, used primarily for payments, fees, and maintaining value stability. In contrast, the ZEDXION (ZEDX) coin is a separate asset whose value is tied to the average performance of a basket of major cryptocurrencies. This dual-asset model provides both a stable medium of exchange and a diversified digital asset designed to mitigate individual market volatility.

USDZ offers several utilities within its ecosystem. Users can engage in staking by running validator nodes or delegating tokens to earn rewards. It also serves as a governance tool, allowing holders to vote on network resource allocation. In terms of practical application, USDZ is used for remittances and within point-of-sale systems to facilitate transactions. Additionally, users can utilize USDZ to receive discounts on trading fees when using supported exchange platforms like LBank.

USDZ is available on various trading platforms, including LBank and various decentralized exchanges. For storage, users can utilize compatible non-custodial Web3 wallets by manually importing the token contract address for supported blockchain networks. While it may not be listed on every centralized platform, it is accessible through integrated wallet swap features and decentralized finance protocols. Zedxion positions itself as a decentralized multi-metaverse platform by building a "Ubiquitous Trust Network."
