It is associated with specific currency pools, such as the Ethereum (ETH) pool. The project describes BRIX as acting similarly to a "crypto VIX," allowing participants to potentially benefit from market volatility. The BRI token serves as the governance token for the Brightpool platform, granting holders the ability to participate in decisions regarding the project's future direction and operations. Additionally, BRI tokens can be staked to earn rewards. A notable feature of Brightpool Finance is its support for limit orders with a time-lock mechanism. Users can place limit orders with an execution period, typically ranging from one to twenty-eight days, during which the underlying funds are temporarily held.
