  • Tiered commission data is displayed on the dashboard, allowing users to track their tier progress, commission rates, and current level over time, and better trace their referral performance and earnings.

  • Dedicated VIP service has been added to the User Center. Users may click「Contact」to access VIP support information.

P2P Sell Order Payment Method Changes Now Available

  • Users can now modify the payment method during P2P sell orders, providing greater flexibility and improving the trading experience.

P2P Selling Process Risk Alert Enhancements

  • Additional confirmation prompts have been added at the critical step from「Paid」to「Released」, helping reduce the risk of accidental release and enhancing trading security.

Appealing Filter Added to P2P Order List

  • The P2P order list now features an appealing filter, helping users locate and handle disputed orders with greater efficiency.

LBank Pay Refund Function Now Available

  • The refund workflow is now live. Funds will be refunded to the original payment method for failed payments or cancelled orders.

 

 

Copy Trading Products Enhancements

Maximum Drawdown Data Correction

  • Fixes an issue where maximum drawdown could exceed 100% under extreme conditions. Data accuracy is improved to help users make sound judgments.

TradFi Asset Copy Trading Rule Updates

  • Copy trading for TradFi assets cannot be cancelled when markets are closed. Cancellations are permitted only after opening. In cases of forced termination of a copy trading relationship (e.g., when a lead trader loses eligibility), positions will be automatically closed at market price after reopening, ensuring process integrity and controlled risk exposure.

 

 

Earn Products Enhancements

Auto Interest Distribution for Locked Earn

  • Automatic interest payout function is now available. Upon order maturity, principal and interest will be distributed to your Spot account automatically. No manual action is required, delivering a better user experience.
