Common Reasons for Deposit Delays

Case 1: Non-Automatic Deposits Requiring Manual Processing (Typically 24 Hours)

The following deposit types may require manual processing, which usually takes 24 hours:

  1. Non-Standard Deposit Types:

    • Multiple transfers within a single transaction hash.

    • Non-standard “transfer” methods.

  2. Assets Consolidated to Public Hot Wallet:

    • Funds sent to LBank’s public hot wallet instead of a personal wallet.

  3. Below Minimum Deposit Amount:

    • If a single deposit is below the minimum threshold, an additional deposit may be required to meet the minimum for manual distribution.

  4. On-Chain Transfers Between LBank Addresses (Solana Chain):

    • Transfers between LBank addresses on the Solana chain using on-chain methods (instead of internal transfers) are not supported and require manual processing.

  5. TON Chain Transfers with Zero Forward Amount (Forward TON Amount = 0):

    • These transactions require technical review, taking approximately 24 hours. You will be notified of the outcome.

Case 2: Insufficient Blockchain Confirmations (Delayed Automatic Processing)

  1. If the blockchain network has not reached sufficient confirmation height, deposits may be delayed.

  1. If funds are sent to an incorrect LBank address (e.g., depositing one coin to another coin’s address), the transaction cannot be processed automatically.
