When Do You Need to Reset?
You may need to reset Google Authenticator in the following scenarios:

Device Loss or Damage: Phone lost, stolen, or damaged, preventing access to the original verification codes.

Phone Replacement: New phone cannot use the existing Authenticator data directly.

Accidental Deletion: Google Authenticator app or data accidentally deleted.

How-to Steps

Access「Security」: Log in to the LBank App, tap your profile icon to enter「Personal Center」, then select「Security」.

Modify Google Authenticator: In「Security」, tap「Google Auth」and select「Change Google Auth」.

Add New Authenticator

Scan the QR code on the page or copy the setup key to add it to your Google Authenticator app.

After completing the addition in Google Authenticator, return to LBank and tap「Next」.

Verify Identity and Complete Reset

Tap「Send」to receive an email verification code and enter the received code.

Obtain a verification code from your current Google Authenticator and input it.

Confirm all information is correct, then tap「Confirm」.

If you don’t receive the verification code, tap「Didn’t Receive Email Code?」to get a new one.
