Users can tap “Start a Team” on the LBank App campaign page to generate a dedicated invitation poster or link and share it with friends.

Complete the Task

Each team remains valid for 72 hours. The Team Leader and team members must complete at least one scan-to-pay transaction via LBank Pay with an actual payment amount of no less than 10 USDT (or equivalent fiat value) before the countdown ends.

Eligibility & Campaign Details

  1. App version requirement: To ensure smooth participation, please update your LBank App to a supported version, with iOS 6.0.4 or above and Android 8.0.1 or above.

  2. KYC requirement: Users must complete KYC Lv2 verification to qualify for the campaign and unlock full fiat payment limits.

  3. Account restrictions: This campaign is only open to standard personal accounts. Market makers, API traders, and institutional accounts are not eligible to participate.

  4. Participation limit: Each user, whether participating as a Team Leader or team member, may claim team mystery box rewards up to 4 times during the campaign.

  5. Prize pool arrangement: The total prize pool is limited and will be distributed on a first-completed, first-rewarded basis. The campaign will end automatically once the prize pool is fully distributed.

Reward Distribution & Risk Control

  1. Mystery box rewards will be credited to users’ spot accounts within 2 hours after task completion, subject to risk control review.

  2. Any malicious behavior, including fake volume, bulk account registration, wash trading, fraudulent transactions, or other reward abuse, is strictly prohibited. Once identified, LBank reserves the right to disqualify the relevant accounts and recover all related rewards.

  3. LBank reserves the right to amend, adjust, suspend, or terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice.

  1. Why can’t I see the LBank Pay entry even though I am in a supported country?

    • Please make sure your App has been updated to the minimum required version. In addition, the LBank Pay shortcut on the homepage is currently displayed only in selected core regions. If it is not shown on your homepage, please go to 「More > Fiat」to access LBank Pay.

  2. Can I form a team with users from different countries?

    • Yes. As long as your team members are located in the supported countries listed above and can complete a payment of at least 10 USDT through the corresponding local payment network, they are eligible to participate.

  3. How is the exchange rate calculated during payment?

    • LBank Pay settles transactions based on real-time market exchange rates when converting USDT into local fiat currency, with no hidden fees charged.

  4. If my payment amount is exactly 10 USDT, will fees reduce it below the requirement?

    • No. LBank Pay consumer payments are completely free of charge. As long as your actual payment amount is at least 10 USDT, it will be fully counted toward task completion.

  5. I am not a resident of the supported countries. If I travel there and use LBank Pay to scan a local merchant QR code, can I still participate?

    • Yes. As long as your LBank account has completed KYC Lv2 verification and you make a qualifying payment through a supported local payment network while in an eligible country, the transaction will count toward the campaign task.

  6. What happens if only one person in the team completes the payment task before the 72-hour countdown ends?

    • If only one member completes the task, the “Basic Mystery Box” will not be unlocked. The team will be automatically dissolved, and the order will not count toward the reward claim limit.

  7. If the merchant issues a refund after my payment is completed, will my mystery box reward be revoked?

    • Rewards for normal transactions will be distributed after passing risk control review. However, if the system detects malicious refund behavior, abuse, or other irregular activity, LBank reserves the right to freeze related funds and permanently revoke campaign eligibility.
