My country is on the supported countries list. Why can't I see LBank Pay?

Can cross-border teams be formed?
Yes. As long as team members are located in the supported countries listed above and can complete a payment task of at least 10 USDT through a locally supported payment network, they can participate.
How is the exchange rate calculated during payment?
LBank Pay converts USDT into local fiat currency at real-time market exchange rates, with no additional hidden fees.
If I pay exactly 10 USDT, will I fail to meet the requirement due to transaction fees?
No. LBank Pay charges zero transaction fees on consumer payments. As long as the actual payment amount is at least 10 USDT, it will count in full toward the task progress.
I am not a resident of a supported country. If I use LBank Pay to make a QR code payment while traveling in a supported country, can I participate in the event?
Yes. As long as your LBank account has completed KYC Lv2 verification and you make a payment in a supported country through the corresponding local payment network, it will count toward the event task.
What happens if only one person completes the payment task after 72 hours?
If only one person meets the requirement, the “Basic Mystery Box” will not be triggered. The team will be automatically disbanded, and the order will not count toward the number of qualifying wins. You may start a new team or join another team.
If the merchant issues a refund after a successful payment, will the Mystery Box reward be deducted?
After a normal transaction is completed, the reward will be distributed once it passes the risk-control review. However, if the system detects malicious refunds, arbitrage, or other abnormal behavior, LBank reserves the right to freeze the relevant funds and permanently disqualify the user from the event.
What happens to unopened Mystery Boxes after the event ends?
After the event ends, the system will automatically settle and open all unopened Mystery Boxes. Users may go to the event page and manually claim their Mystery Box rewards, or the rewards will be automatically credited to their accounts after 48 hours.
