W3GG is a decentralized gaming protocol designed to empower gamers in Southeast Asia to discover Web3 games, earn rewards, and own digital achievements. While it originated as a subDAO of Yield Guild Games (YGG), it has transitioned into an independent ecosystem. Unlike the traditional scholarship models of its predecessor, W3GG aims to build a "Decentralized Gamer Talent Network," offering a unique token and a broader mission focused on individual player growth and community-driven governance.

The $W3GG token serves several vital functions. It provides Launchpad Access, allowing stakers priority entry into Initial Game Offerings (IGOs) for emerging Web3 titles. It acts as a Governance token, giving holders voting rights on protocol proposals. Additionally, it is used for Staking Rewards, where locking tokens generates yield and Staking Points. Finally, it grants Premium Access to exclusive in-game assets, NFT whitelists, and tickets to real-life events, ensuring deep integration within the gaming community.

The W3GG protocol offers two primary staking options: Flexible and Fixed. Flexible staking has no lock-up period, while Fixed staking allows users to lock tokens for 30, 60, 90, or 180 days. Choosing longer lock-up periods rewards users with higher APR multipliers—up to 2.5x for a 180-day commitment. Furthermore, staking generates "Staking Points," which are essential for determining a user's eligibility for ecosystem-wide airdrops and other loyalty rewards.

The W3Key is a Soulbound Token (SBT), which is a non-transferable NFT that serves as a digital passport within the W3GG ecosystem. It records a user's achievements, reputation, and quest history. Owning a W3Key is typically mandatory for those wishing to participate in major reward campaigns, such as the "Quest to Airdrop" leaderboard. It functions as a verifiable identity, ensuring that rewards are distributed to genuine, active members of the community.

Airdrop amounts are calculated proportionally based on W3GG Experience Points (WXP) earned through social and in-game quests. To claim rewards, users must connect an EVM-compatible wallet on the Polygon network. Often, airdropped tokens are subject to a 30-day mandatory lock-up to ensure ecosystem stability while still earning staking rewards during that period. The calculation formula is typically your WXP divided by the total WXP of all eligible users, multiplied by the designated reward pool.

The total supply of $W3GG is capped at 1,000,000,000 (1 billion) tokens. To ensure the long-term sustainability of the protocol, the distribution follows a phased vesting schedule over a seven-year period. This allocation is strategically divided among the community for rewards, the development team, and early investors. The token is available for trading on major global exchanges, such as LBank, and various decentralized platforms operating on the Polygon network.
