As NuCypher(NU) and Keep Network(KEEP) tokens are about to be merged, the related matters concerning ETF trading and contracts trading between NuCypher(NU) and Keep Network(KEEP)  are arranged as follows:

 

  • At 2022-02-15 10:00 (UTC+8), LBank Futures will close all NU and KEEP futures positions, conduct an automatic settlement and cancel all pending orders on NU/USDT and KEEP/USDT futures contracts, and then delist these contracts.A separate announcement will be made for the listing of T futures contracts.

 

  • At 2022-02-14 16:00(UTC+8), LBank ETF wiil delist UN3L, UN3S, KEEP3L, KEEP3S trading pairs. For UN and KEEP ETF products holder, their assets will be converted to USDT according to the net value of UN3L, UN3S, KEEP3L, KEEP3S before trading closed. The USDT will be issued on February 18th, 2022 (UTC+8). The specific net value will be publicized in the form of announcement.
