LBank will conduct a system upgrade from 01:00 to 02:00 on October 24, 2024 (UTC). During this upgrade, some platform services may be affected, so please stay informed.
Affected Services: During the upgrade, all LBank services may experience intermittent disruptions, including but not limited to the following services:
- Account login and registration
- Trading services (spot, leveraged tokens, future, C2C, grid trading, copy trading, etc.)
- Deposits and withdrawals
- Fund transfers
- Financial-related services
Users may encounter temporary service unavailability during the upgrade, but services are expected to return to normal within a few minutes.
Important Notes:
- Your data and assets will not be affected during the upgrade.
- Spot trading, withdrawals, and fund transfers via API will be impacted during the upgrade.
- Fund transfers between future accounts and spot accounts will be temporarily suspended during the upgrade and will resume once the upgrade is complete. If the user is logged in, it does not affect the opening and closing of futures trades.
Please Note: During the upgrade, users may temporarily be unable to log into their accounts or perform any actions on positions/orders. To avoid potential risks and losses due to the system upgrade (including but not limited to forced liquidation and losses caused by market fluctuations), users are advised to assess and manage their account positions and orders in a timely manner before the upgrade (e.g., reducing leverage, increasing margin, or closing positions as needed). LBank will not be responsible for any related losses.
Please be aware that the upgrade time may be adjusted based on actual conditions. Affected functions will resume after the upgrade is complete, and there will be no further notice at that time.
